Janneke Hoving serves as a Senior Consultant and psychologist at BeljonWesterterp B.V. since May 2008, providing specialized HR consulting services to both profit and non-profit organizations through a human-centered approach. Prior to this role, Janneke worked as a consultant at Start People from December 2006 to May 2008, focusing on connecting people with work. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Groningen (2003 - 2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management and Organization from Hanze University (1999 - 2003).
