Василий Коледа has work experience as a Lead Developer at Belitsoft LLC since November 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at OJSC "AGAT – Control Systems" from January 2005 to October 2008.

Василий Коледа attended Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) from 2000 to 2005. Василий did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In terms of additional certifications, in December 2014 they obtained the "MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional" certification from Microsoft. In the same month and year, they also obtained the "MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" certification from Microsoft. Later, in March 2015, they obtained the "MCSD: Web Applications" certification from Microsoft.
