Aleksei Esaulenko has a diverse work experience in engineering and software development. Aleksei started their career at RUP "Institut Belgosproekt" in 2011 as a Lead Design Engineer, working on various projects until October 2016. Aleksei then moved to OAO "Stroytrest â„–7" SU-711 as a Lead Design Engineer, specializing in the design of security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control systems, linear structures, xPON networks, local area networks, and structured cabling systems. In April 2020, Aleksei joined Belitsoft Software Development Company as a QA Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Aleksei Esaulenko received their education from 2007 to 2012 at Belarusian National Technical University, where they earned a degree in Electrician Engineering with a specialization in Technical Security. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in JavaScript/Front-end from The Rolling Scopes School in September 2022 and Quality Assurance from Wargaming in February 2020.
