Shah Alum is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in email marketing, eCRM, and digital solutions. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah has previously held roles including eCRM Manager for EMEA. Work history includes consulting roles at emocial digital and Wildfire HQ Marketing, where expertise in B2B digital marketing was developed. Shah also contributed to Naked Communications Europe as Manager of Marketing Solutions and served as Campaign Manager at Intela. Prior positions include Digital Producer at eBay Enterprise and Client Service Consultant at Emailvision, where management of key accounts and optimization of email marketing strategies were primary responsibilities.
