Joaquim Pestre serves as the Global Training Manager for Artist Services at Believe since February 2022, leading training initiatives for over 1500 team members across more than 50 countries to support local artists. Prior to this role, Joaquim worked at Nexity from September 2018 to February 2022, overseeing digital learning projects, including the development and deployment of e-learning content for 11,000 employees and managing learning management systems. Joaquim previously held roles in marketing and digital learning at Trans-Faire and TFB, contributing to e-learning development, project management, and the establishment of a Brazilian training subsidiary. Joaquim holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Management and a Master's in Sports Management, alongside a Bachelor's in English and American Literature.
