Yomna Helal serves as Legal Counsel Corporate at Belhasa International CO LLC since November 2014, overseeing the legal team and reporting directly to the General Manager for Legal Affairs. Responsibilities include managing legal concerns for the company and its 70 subsidiaries across the GCC region, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and providing legal advice on real estate transactions. Previously, Yomna worked as a lawyer for the Canadian Mission at VFS Global from March 2013 to November 2014, where duties involved supervising lounge services and managing team schedules. Yomna holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University and a General Secondary School Certificate from Lycée de la Liberté.
