Katie Willems has extensive experience in marketing communication and project management, currently serving as a Senior Transversal Project Manager at Belfius since February 2009. Throughout tenure at Belfius, roles have included Contact Strategy Management for Digital Communication, Head of Business Partners for the Private, Invest, and Business segments, and Head of Direct Marketing & One-to-One Communication. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Account Manager for Marketing Communication in Private Banking & Invest at Dexia from May 2002 to January 2009, as well as earlier roles at BACOB Bank s.c. and Philips RCS. Educational qualifications include a Master after Master in Media and Communication from Ghent University, a Master after Master in Enterprise Communication, and a Master in Economics from Ghent University.
