Florent Istace is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sectors with extensive experience at Belfius since February 2017, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Transformation for Entrepreneurs, Enterprises & Public Banking, and previously holding several leadership positions in Beyond Banking and Payments Product Management. Prior to Belfius, Florent had a successful tenure at McKinsey & Company from March 2004 to January 2017, progressing from Research Analyst to Senior Knowledge Expert. Florent began their career in data management and reporting at Dexia Asset Management in 2003. Academically, Florent holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration from Université catholique de Louvain, a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Ghent University, and has completed studies at Ivey Business School and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in financial transaction services.
