Catherine Mihail currently serves as the Directeur Wealth Management, Private Banking and Investment Solutions for Région Sud Est at Belfius since April 2023. In addition, Catherine has been a Lecturer at Febelfin Academy/PBA-B since September 2012. Previously, Catherine worked at Degroof Petercam from October 2006 to April 2023 as a Private Banking professional, focusing on wealth management and leading an experienced team of private bankers, as well as serving as Senior Portfolio Manager, managing portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family business owners, and participating in the Fixed Income Committee. Catherine's earlier roles included Senior Private Banker at Puilaetco Dewaay Private Bankers, Senior Portfolio Manager at MeesPierson Private Banking, and Portfolio Manager at Générale de Banque. Catherine began the professional career as an Assistante at Ichec Brussels Management School after completing education at the same institution from 1988 to 1993.
