Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a nutritionist at a private practice, and a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school.
