Andreas Harju has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Andreas is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Beleco, where they are responsible for UX, product management, and leading a team of engineers. Andreas is focused on changing the way circular logistics is handled and increasing conversion rates.

Prior to their current role, Andreas was the Chief Product Officer and Act CTO at Beleco, where they worked on improving customer journeys and successfully increased the conversion rate by 7x.

Before joining Beleco, Andreas worked at Graviz Labs as the Chief Technology Officer and Product Owner. Andreas played a key role in developing their insight CMS, Graviz Telescope, which utilizes big data and machine learning to provide strategic advice to customers on sustainable growth and customer experience.

Andreas also has experience as a self-employed contractor, where they worked as an Information Technology Management Consultant, helping organizations expand their business. Andreas has a strong entrepreneurial background and focuses on making a global impact.

Prior to that, they worked at BlackBerry as an Engineering Manager, leading a team that developed the video editing experience on the BB10 platform. Andreas successfully launched the Story Maker application, which attracted a million users in just three months.

Andreas also founded JayCut, one of the first online video editors, which became the most widely used tool in its field. Andreas served as the Founder and CTO, responsible for product development and project management.

Additionally, Andreas founded EduLab, a company that developed an E-learning platform called Exerciser, used by customers in nine countries. Andreas served as the Founder and CEO, overseeing product development and general operations.

Early in their career, Andreas worked at Cineactive, a technology marketing consulting company, where they served as the Founder and Graphical 3D Designer. Andreas worked with top clients and utilized 3D visualization technology.

Lastly, Andreas worked at The Nobel Foundation as a Project Manager, developing interactive online media solutions and content for the Nobel e-Museum. Andreas had expertise in 3D visualization software, CAD, JAVA, IPIX, and Flash/Shockwave technologies.

Andreas Harju received a Certificate in Digital Marketing & Leadership from Squared Online in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2006. In 1999 to 2000, they studied Physics & Mathematics (60 ECTS credits) at Stockholm University.
