Basavaprasad Nilange is a Project Manager at Belcan with previous experience as a Lead Engineer at HCLTech and a Team Lead at Cyient. Prior to this, Nilange worked as a Trainee Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories where they designed and analyzed a composite blade for a Ram Air Turbine. They also worked as a CAE Engineer at BMW Group support, specializing in 2D and 3D static structural analysis. Nilange holds a Master of Technology in Machine Design from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
