Avelson Discipulo currently holds the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at both Belcan and Blue Origin, focusing on the production support of BE-4 Main Injector rocket components. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer 3 at SCI Technology, Inc., where Avelson provided manufacturing support in the medical and Defense sectors. At ICON Aircraft, responsibilities involved authoring work instructions for the ICON A5 aircraft and supporting production ramp-up. Avelson has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Milgard Windows and Doors and Plastic Package, Inc., where continuous improvement and cost-effective design solutions were primary focuses.
