Vicky O'Hare has over 20 years of experience in hospitality events leadership. Vicky worked as the Human Resources Director and later became the Managing Director at Party Ingredients from 2003 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Just St James Restaurant and The End and AKA. Vicky started their career at Soho House & Co as a Manager. In 2022, they took on the role of Head of People at the Belazu Ingredient Company and also had a sabbatical to upskill and assist in hospitality recruitment. Vicky has a strong people focus and has completed a CIPD experience assessment for Chartered Membership.

Vicky O'Hare holds a BA degree in Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International in 2023, a Chartered Member from CIPD in 2022, and as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
