Alex Espinoza is a highly skilled Modeler and Detailer at Bel Aire Mechanical Inc since February 2021, with extensive experience in BIM modeling. Having worked as a BIM Modeler at Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 359 since February 2017 and previously as a Project Manager and BIM Modeler at MLP Consulting, LLC from April 2019 to February 2021, Alex possesses a strong foundation in managing and coordinating various construction projects. Prior roles include serving as a BIM Operator/Designer at Harris and Hart Contractors and Fabricators and as a BIM Operator at Bel Aire Mechanical Inc. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management from DeVry University, attained from 2017 to 2019. Expertise includes drawing and coordinating complex 3D models for mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping based on MEP construction drawings.
