Svetlana Melnikova has extensive experience in trade marketing and sales roles. Svetlana started their career at TELECO Group in 2005 as a Sales Coordinator and Marketing Analyst. In 2007, they joined JVC as a Key Account Manager, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Panasonic Russia as a Key Account Manager, eventually becoming the Head of Sales for Home Appliances. Following this, they joined BSH Home Appliances Group in 2014, where they held the position of Trade Marketing Manager until 2017. In 2018, they joined Beko Global as the Head of Trade Marketing.

Svetlana Melnikova attended Moscow State Technical University from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Specialist degree in Economics and Management.
