Serhat Guvener has an extensive work history spanning over 20 years with various roles in finance and operations. Serhat began their career at Amerikan Hastanesi, where they held multiple positions including Accounting Specialist, Budgeting & Reporting Specialist, and Accounting Manager. Serhat then moved on to Shaya as a Budgeting & Reporting Assistant Manager, responsible for financial planning and budgeting processes. Guvener later joined Beyaz Filo as a Finance Manager, where they supervised finance, reporting, and treasury functions. Serhat then worked at Apple IMC, Bilkom as a Finance & Accounting Group Manager before becoming the Director of Finance and Operations at Bilkom, reporting to the CEO. Serhat also served as the Head of Finance at Digital Panorama. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Operations Officer at Life Tech Trading DMCC and is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Beko Global. Guvener has experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, feasibility analysis, and working with international corporations such as Apple, Huawei, and Asus.

Serhat Guvener attended Hacettepe University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
