Roland Y. has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Roland currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain at Beko Global. Prior to this role, they worked as a Supply Chain Project & Transformation Manager at Schneider Electric. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Logistics Department at Haier, where they handled end-to-end logistics processes and designed frameworks to optimize sales and cost ratios. Before that, they were the Supply Chain & Logistic Lead Mobile Business at Lenovo Indonesia, where they played a key role in implementing new business processes, optimizing distribution networks, and establishing a DC warehouse. Roland also worked at Samsung Electronics as a Supply Chain Demand Planning Assistant Manager, where they achieved improved forecast accuracy and implemented cost-saving projects. Roland's earlier experiences include working at Unilever as an Assistant Warehouse Manager, at PT. Huawei Tech. Investment as a Supply Chain Assistant Manager and Logistic Specialist, at Said Bawazir Trading Corp. as an Assistant General Manager of Sales & Distribution, at Asia Pulp & Paper as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, and at PT. EMS Paramitra as a Supply Chain & Material Management Consultant.

Roland Y. completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Andalas, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Roland has also obtained various certifications related to supply chain management and operations.
