Lead Field Service Operations Improvement-europe & MENA at Beko Global

Rafay Ishfaq currently serves as the Lead Field Service Operations Improvement for Europe and MENA at Beko Global, where responsibilities include leading KPI improvement projects for various subsidiaries and overseeing overall customer service performance. Previously, Rafay held positions as a Product Quality Specialist and Product Quality Engineer, providing technical support and logistics coordination for product delivery. Additionally, Rafay worked as a Research and Development Quality Engineer, supervising quality improvements for refrigerator products during the acquisition of Dawlance by Arçelik Global. Early career experiences include an internship at 503 Aviation Base, where Rafay programmed a device to monitor workplace noise levels, and a design engineer role at 128 Technology. Rafay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, and completed earlier education at Punjab College of Information & Technology and Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi.
