Bo Naphatsawan is a Human Resources Business Partner at Beko Global since February 2022, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner and liaison between business units and centers of expertise, as well as managing overall HR and administration functions for the Commercial & Financial department. Previously, Bo worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Mitsubishi Electric from February 2018 to February 2022, focusing on the full cycle of recruiting and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Bo holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Chiang Mai University, obtained in 2010.
