Tilo Fruth has extensive work experience in the field of sales and management. Tilo started their career in 1993 as a Regional Sales representative at Ultrafilter GmbH (now Donaldson) where they worked until 1996. Tilo then joined ZANDER GmbH as an Export Manager and served in that role until 1999 when they transitioned to BEKO Technologies Corp. as the President.

Tilo Fruth attended Fachhochschule Munich from 1989 to 1993 and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a Bachelor's level diploma.
