Valeriu Parvu is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources - Business Partner REF at Beko Romania since April 2024, following a similar role at Arctic from January 2023 to April 2024. Prior to these positions, Valeriu held the role of Human Resources Manager at Yildiz Entegre România S.A. from August 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included creating job descriptions, managing recruitment processes, and conducting exit interviews. Valeriu's earlier experience includes serving as Manager RU&Administrative / HR&Admin Manager at Adler Pelzer Group from November 2011 to July 2017, where the focus was on developing HR strategies, coordinating training programs, and managing budgets. Valeriu holds a Master's degree in IFRS - Standarde si Reglementari Contabile Internationale and a Bachelor's degree in Statistical Economics, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
