Qing-Qing Yang, CRHA/CHRP, currently serves as the Manager of HR and Health & Safety for BekaertDeslee in Canada since April 2023, leading a team of four. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Business Partner for Talent & Culture at Hart Print and Advisor CRHA at Novatech, where Qing-Qing contributed to employee well-being and developed HR systems across Canadian operations. Earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at LISI Aerospace, Talent Focused Optimist at RISE Kombucha, and various positions in HR coordination and management, showcasing a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational development. Qing-Qing holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, complemented by an exchange program at Tsinghua University and a DEC from John Abbott College, achieving recognition on the Dean's List.
