Maria Magdalena Borda has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, they worked at BeiGene as the Global Head of Clinical Compliance from 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Compliance & Governance for Oncology Medical Affairs at Novartis Oncology from 2018 to 2022. Maria Magdalena also held positions at Roche, where they were the Head of Medical Business Excellence for EEMEA and the Quality Management Excellence Head from 2017 to 2018 and 2012 to 2017, respectively. Before that, they were the Principal Quality Risk Specialist and Regional and Country Study Manager at Roche from 2008 to 2012 and 2000 to 2008, respectively. Maria also worked at Covance as a Senior Manager from 1998 to 2000 and at PAREXEL as a Project Manager from 1996 to 1998.

Maria Magdalena Borda holds a MD degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
