Josie Walsh's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Josie started their career at Management Ventures, Inc. as a Travel & Events Manager, where they focused on data-driven research and provided insights to transform businesses. Josie later worked at Lehman Brothers as a Business Operations Support, contributing to the financial services industry. Josie then joined NaviNet, where they worked in Healthcare Solutions Support. After that, they worked at The Forum Corporation as an Operations Manager, helping senior leaders execute people-driven solutions. Josie then joined IndUS Growth Partners as the Director of Operations, where they focused on long-term growth investments. Josie later joined OvaScience, a biotechnology company focused on female infertility, where they worked in Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. Currently, Josie is working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at BeiGene, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative cancer treatments. Additionally, they are a Board Member at Windham Youth Lacrosse, where they promote a positive and team-oriented lacrosse experience.

From 1997 to 2001, Josie Walsh attended the USAF, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Control.
