Greg Sheehan serves as the Director of the EB-5 Investor Platform and USCIS Compliance at Behring Co. since November 2022. Previously, Greg held various positions at USCIS, including Adjudications Officer in the Immigrant Investor Program Office from July 2014 to August 2022, where an estimated 1,000 actions or decisions were processed in over four and a half years. Greg also received the USCIS FOD Individual Award for Innovation as a Supervisory Immigration Services Officer. Prior to USCIS, Greg was Managing Counsel at the Law Offices of Gregory P. Sheehan, PC, providing legal counsel to thousands of foreign nationals in complex immigration matters from January 2007 to June 2014. Greg holds a Doctor of Law and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from Western New England University School of Law, earned between 2003 and 2006.
