Michael Freeman is an experienced product and marketing manager with a diverse background in various industries, including HVAC, automotive, and packaging. Currently serving as Product Manager at Behler-Young Company since December 2020, Michael manages over 6,000 SKUs of HVAC equipment and was appointed manager for ICP residential equipment lines in 2022. As the Principal of MWFreeman Group since February 2019, Michael focuses on consulting for small businesses to enhance processes and safety. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Federal-Mogul Motorparts, Market Segment Manager at BASF, and Marketing Director at Simiron. Michael holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University.
