Rebecca Monaco has a diverse work experience that spans from 2015 to the present. Rebecca began their career as a Stylist at Hair Cuttery in 2015. In 2018, they took on two internships, one at behindthechair.com and the other at Mappcraft.com. In 2019, they became the Social Media & Marketing Associate at behindthechair.com, where they drove content curation and strategy for social posts daily, leading to consistent posts reaching over 1.5M followers on Instagram and 900,000 followers on Facebook. Rebecca also assisted in planning the “BTC Show” 2018 and 2019, with over 4,000 attendees, and the #ONESHOT Hair Awards show, hosting over 3,800 attendees. In 2020, they were hired by JVM Realty Corporation as a Social Media & Reputation Specialist.

Rebecca Monaco graduated from Illinois State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Rebecca began their studies at the university in 2015.
