Jennifer Dorfman has extensive experience in behavior management and community support. Currently serving as a Managing Behavior Technician and previously as a Lead Behavior Technician at Behavioral Concepts since May 2021, Jennifer has demonstrated leadership in behavior interventions. Prior to this role, Jennifer was employed as a Relocation Specialist at Metro Housing|Boston from November 2020 to March 2023. Jennifer's background includes positions at Dean College from September 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Student Ambassador, Community Advisor, and Orientation Leader, showcasing skills in communication, mentorship, and community engagement. Jennifer holds a degree from Dean College, earned between 2014 and 2018.
