E R has extensive experience in the field of behavior therapy, currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavior Services of the Rockies since January 2015, providing direct therapy to clients ranging from 3 to 60 years old using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under the supervision of a BCBA. Prior to this role, E R worked as a Behavior Therapist at the Kansas Early Autism Program from May 2013 to August 2013, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and focusing on enhancing communication, self-help, social, and play skills. E R began a career in data entry and administrative support at Boston Financial Data Services, Helpers, Inc., and Bridge Realty before pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in autism intervention from The University of Kansas, completed in 2013.
