Joy Pollard has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical operations and education. Joy started working as the CEO and Clinical Operations Manager at Behavior Change Institute in April 2014. In February 2016, they joined Stanford University School of Medicine as a Consulting Assistant Professor. Prior to that, they served as the New Mexico and TeleHealth Development Director at STE Consultants from September 2011 to March 2014. Before that, they worked as a Case Manager and School Consultant at ASSERT Preschool from June 2008 to December 2012. Joy also held the role of Co-Director of Program Quality at Behavior Intervention Specialists of Los Angeles from August 2010 to November 2011.

Joy Pollard completed their education in a chronological order starting with their Bachelor's degree. Joy earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between the years 2006 and 2008. Joy then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Disability Disciplines, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, at Utah State University from 2008 to 2012.
