Stephanie Velasco, MA, BCBA, currently serves as a Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Behavior And Education (BAE) since February 2019, where responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, and monitoring staff development. With prior roles as a Behavior Consultant and Behavior Therapist at ABA Education Foundation and FirstSteps for Kids, Inc., respectively, Stephanie has extensive experience in behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs. Additionally, teaching experience at Ms. Jay's Preschool involved creating educational plans and engaging with families. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
