Ana Machuca is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Recruiter at Behavior And Education (BAE) since February 2022, Ana has progressed through various roles in the organization, including Human Resources Recruiter and Human Resources Recruiting Assistant. Prior to this, Ana worked as a Driver Trainer at Alto from December 2020 to February 2022 and gained valuable customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from July 2014 to January 2017. Ana holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavior Sciences from Rio Hondo College, awarded in June 2018.
