Ellie Ewles has a diverse work experience background. Ellie started their professional career as a Work Experience Student at Gales Solicitors in 2016, where they gained valuable insights into the legal system by assisting with various legal issues within the firm. In 2018, they had the opportunity to work as a Trainee Insolvency Administrator at Begbies Traynor Group, gaining practical experience and skills in that field. Additionally, Ellie worked at Costa Coffee from 2017 to 2022, initially part-time and later full-time, where they excelled in teamwork, communication, and customer service. Ellie even took on the responsibility of training new employees to the brand standard. Ellie also had a brief work experience at Ellis Jones Solicitors LLP in 2018, where they worked directly with associates on different cases and had the chance to attend magistrates courts and legal advice centres. Through these experiences, Ellie developed strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
