Paul joined Bega in 2009 and was appointed CEO in 2016 following four years as General Manager Sales and Marketing. Prior to that he was with the Tatura Milk Industries subsidiary for three years, initially in the role of Chief Financial Officer and then Executive General Manager. He has over 30 years experience in agribusiness having worked in senior financial and management positions in Australia and internationally with several agribusinesses including Cargill and Ridley AgriProducts. Paul has a MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and in 2014 completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School.
