Simon Brown has extensive experience in systems administration and development, currently serving as Sys Admin/Developer at Beezwax Datatools, Inc. since January 2007. In this role, Simon manages the systems infrastructure for a database consulting company with over 80 consultants and provides support for both in-house and client database systems, utilizing technologies such as FileMaker, Rails, PHP, and NodeJS. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Network Analyst at First Collateral Services from October 2005 to December 2007, where responsibilities included desktop and server support for a subsidiary of CitiGroup with over 250 employees, and Simon was honored with the "Circle of Excellence" award in 2005.
