Mariana Ayub is an experienced HR professional and Head Hunter with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management across various industries. Currently serving as Head HR LATAM at DispatchTrack en Español, Mariana oversees the People & Culture strategy and supports M&A processes. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, Mariana has led recruitment efforts for diverse teams throughout Latin America, enhancing the talent acquisition pipeline. Prior roles include serving as a Talent Consultant at Liberty Latin America, where Mariana focused on strategic recruitment in telecommunications, and as a clinical psychologist. Mariana holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales and has contributed to academia as a co-teacher.
