Lance Lehmann has had a long career in sales and account management. Lance began their career in 2000 as an Account Manager at Visteon. Lance then moved to Magna in 2003, also as an Account Manager. In 2006, they became Business Development Manager at Visteon Automotive Systems. In 2008, they were a Sales Account Manager at Magna Donnelly. In 2010, they moved to MAGNA Seating as a Sales Account Manager. From 2011 to 2016, they were Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager at TI Automotive. Finally, they are currently Director Partnership Management at Beet Analytics Technology.

Lance Lehmann received their MBA from the Detroit College of Business in 1999, with a field of study in Management. Lance obtained their Bachelor of Arts from Lake Forest College in 1992, with a field of study in Business.
