Dave Paulus has extensive work experience spanning several industries. In 1987, they started their career at TransUnion, where they held various positions, including Vice President of Sales in the Consumer Marketing division and Vice President of Business Development in the Insurance division. Dave then joined Abacus Direct/DoubleClick in 1999 as Vice President of New Market Development, focusing on data management and analytical services for customer acquisition and retention.

In 2000, Dave joined Return Path as Vice President of Sales, overseeing new business development and client growth in the email services sector. Dave joined Merkle in 2002, initially serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development, responsible for providing CRM solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and leading nonprofit organizations. Dave then took on the role of Executive Vice President, General Manager, driving financial growth for the High Tech and B2B vertical and leading the Denver office.

Dave continued to advance within Merkle, becoming Global Network Growth Officer in 2016 and EVP, Global Alliance Leader in 2020. In these roles, they focused on coordinating cross-sales efforts with acquired companies and the Dentsu Aegis Network, as well as expanding Merkle's sales channel integration.

In addition, Dave demonstrated their expertise as a Board Member at The Erwin Center for Brand Communications starting in 2015. Most recently, they joined Bee's Knees Wellness in 2022 as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, in mid-2022, Dave served as a Strategic Advisor and Investor at Segmanta, a company specializing in privacy-first data collection platforms for personalized customer experiences.

Throughout their career, Dave has proven their ability to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead teams.

Dave Paulus attended Clemson University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
