Sebastián Molina Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Sebastián started their career in 2012 as an English Teacher at Liceo Crecer Osorno, where they taught English as a foreign language. In 2013, they moved to Saint Thomas College, where they continued their role as an English Teacher. Later that year, they worked as an Education Consultant at Project Concern International, providing expertise in the field of education.

In 2014, Sebastián joined Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile - CEPPE as a Translator in Chief, responsible for overseeing translation projects. Sebastián also worked as an English Teacher and Academic Support at GEAD Language Community during this time.

In 2019, Sebastián took on the role of Director of Capacitación at Webclass, where they focused on training and development. Sebastián later joined Universidad de Chile as a Collaborator in the IFODOC core in 2017 and continued in the role till 2022.

Most recently, they have been working at Beereaders since 2020, initially as a Customer Success Manager and now as a Product Manager. The duration of their current role is ongoing.

Sebastián Molina Aguilar's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. Sebastián completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on English Language and Interpretation in 2011.

In 2019, Sebastián obtained a certificate for completing the "Teaching English Online" course offered by Cambridge Assessment English. In 2020, they became a Certified Educator (Level 1) from Google and completed the "Programming 101: An Introduction to Python for Educators" course provided by the Raspberry Pi Foundation.

In 2021, they earned a certificate for "Product Management Fundamentals" from edX. In 2022, Sebastián obtained two additional certifications: "Design Thinking and Creativity for Innovation" from edX and "Clever Academy for App Partners" from Clever Inc.
