Katie Roberts is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Head of People at Beep! Digital since October 2021, Katie previously held the role of Operations Manager at Caspian One from August 2014 to September 2021, contributing to the success of FinTech and Broadcast teams in meeting global client needs. Earlier experience includes positions as a Patient Administrator at NHS England from March 2013 to August 2014 and as a Fitness Service Manager at LA Fitness UK from March 2007 to March 2013.
