David Braun has extensive work experience in the legal field. David currently holds the position of General Counsel and Certified Blockchain Expert at Bee App since July 2018. Furthermore, they are the Managing Attorney at David Braun & Associates since October 1998, specializing in various areas of law including bankruptcy, business/consumer law, wills/trusts/probate, contract law, and real estate law. David previously worked as a Contract Negotiator at TopBuild from October 2014 to February 2017, where they successfully reduced company liability through complex negotiations and developed standard operating procedures. Additionally, David Braun served as a Professor of Law at Florida Coastal School of Law, teaching various law courses and implementing new curriculum from 2007 to 2013.

David Braun earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of South Florida in the years 1989 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law, completing the program from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Blockchain Expert from the Blockchain Council in July 2018.
