Nilson Benis is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product design and leadership. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Beeline since November 2022, Nilson has previously held senior design roles at Utmost and as a freelance product designer. Notable past positions include Lead Product Designer for Smartmatic's Remote Voting and Design Systems projects, where Nilson developed an Online Voting Platform and created the company’s first Design System. Additional experience includes a tenure as Digital Creative Director at Bloom Advertising Ltd., and Art Director at VirtualNet, crafting design concepts for media. Nilson holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and has furthered skills through programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Free Code Camp.
