Andrada I. Paraschiv currently serves as the VP of Hospitality at Beekeeper since October 2017. Previously, Andrada held positions as a Board Member at both the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research and the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations from October 2019 to December 2023, as well as on the Vendor Advisory Board for Hospitality Technology Next Generation from January 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include Executive Director of Luxury Internal Communication and Engagement at AccorHotels, Executive Director of Communications & Strategy and Director of Business Strategy at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, and Associate at McKinsey & Company. Early career experiences involve consulting at McDaniel Partners, merchandising coordination at Sears Canada, and an internship at Ogilvy & Mather. Andrada's educational background includes an MBA in Multinational Management and an MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, as well as a BA and BS in Marketing, International Studies, and French from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a diploma from Sciences Po.
