Ashley Sams Kelley, MSIR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at Beehive Industries since April 2022. Previously, Ashley worked at Bridgestone Americas as a Human Resources Business Partner from January 2021 to April 2022, supporting IT and Quality, and in a similar role from July 2019 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, facilitating teammate movement in a unionized environment, and collaborating on new training programs. Ashley also has experience as a Graduate Assistant and Data Analysis Assistant at WVU Online, focusing on student career planning and enrollment analysis, and held HR roles at WVU Talent & Culture and as an intern at Bridgestone. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and Human Resources from West Virginia University.
