Rita Silva-Grondin has extensive work experience in various industries. Rita started their career as a Club Steward at Essex Yacht Club, where they were responsible for hospitality management and implemented a POS system. Rita then worked as a Sales Manager at Cruiseport Gloucester, where they focused on event sales and management. At EBSCO Information Services, they served as a Discovery Solutions Coordinator, leading project management for the implementation of a search tool and providing technical support. Rita then became a Business Development Entrepreneur at Silva Screen Media, advising small businesses and network marketing consultants. Their most recent position was at Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties, where they held multiple roles including Director of Training and Executive Director of Business Development. In these roles, they were involved in product marketing, vendor selection, training execution, and developing incentive programs. Overall, Rita has a diverse background with experience in sales, training, project management, and leadership.

Rita Silva-Grondin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at Salem State University from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2016. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2003, they studied Athletic Training/Trainer and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of New England.
