Emily Donovan is an experienced professional in employee development and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Employee Development Manager at Bedoukian Research, Inc. since June 2022, following a role as Recruiting and Development Specialist. Prior to this, Emily held positions at The Shade Store as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter and at Aston Carter as a Professional Recruiter, where specialization included placing professionals across various industries, particularly in customer service and inside sales. Emily began a career in coordination at Rye YMCA as the Gymnastics Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from The College of New Rochelle and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Fine and Studio Arts from SUNY Oneonta.
