Kristen Hoffman, ABD, currently serves as English Faculty at Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) and has been involved in various committees, including the Curriculum Committee and the Academic Senate Admissions Committee. Kristen owns Tabu Boutique and has been a Professor of Writing at Suffolk County Community College since August 2014, where Kristen notably authored a strategic plan for the campus writing center's virtual transition during the Covid pandemic. Kristen's extensive marketing experience includes serving as a Marketing Consultant for KAH International and a brief tenure as a Copywriter for Nickelodeon. Additionally, Kristen held the position of Interim Writing Program Director at Five Towns College, where Kristen oversaw curriculum development and established a writing center. Kristen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from St. John's University, a Master of Arts in the same field from LIU Brooklyn, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dowling College.
