Rachael Worthington Connelly began their work experience as a Children's Courier at Holidaybreak Plc in July 2009. In September 2012, they transitioned to a Teacher of French and Spanish at a school until August 2018. Most recently, Rachael has taken on the role of Head of Modern Foreign Languages at Bedford Borough Council starting in May 2020.

Rachael Worthington Connelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Studies from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Modern Foreign Languages at Cardiff Metropolitan University, completing their studies in 2013. Prior to their higher education, they attended Sharnbrook Upper School, but no information about their degree or field of study during that time is available.
