Chad Edwards has a strong background in the bedding and furniture manufacturing industry. Chad began their career in 2002 with Kingsdown, Inc./Sleep to Live, where they held various roles including General Manager/Operations Director/Sales Director, General Manager/Operations Director, Deputy Plant Manager, Manufacturing Representative, and Assistant Plant Manager. At Kingsdown, they oversaw operations, sales, manufacturing, procurement, accounts, and customer service. Chad also directed the establishment of a new manufacturing plant and spearheaded multiple new product rollouts. Chad later worked as a General Manager at Activia Training Ltd, where they reorganized the business infrastructure and implemented successful sales and customer service strategies. Chad then held roles as Project Manager at John A Arnold Inc and Assistant Operations Manager at Sherwood Bedding. Chad's most recent experience includes roles as Operations Director at Serene Furnishings, Operations Manager at Jay-Be, Operations Director at GNG Group Ltd, Operation Director at Bedsland Furniture, and Senior Operations/Manufacturing Consultant at Bedding Industries of America.

Chad Edwards attended Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
